Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales of products made via the website www.rumpelstin.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. RUMPELSTIN reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply.
2. Products and Availability All products displayed on the Site are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, size, and shape due to their artisanal nature. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy. Availability of products is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
3. Prices and Payments Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping fees are not included unless otherwise stated and will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through one of the accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
4. Order Process Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund. RUMPELSTIN reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock errors.
5. Shipping and Delivery We ship within France and throughout Europe. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. RUMPELSTIN is not liable for any delays due to external factors such as customs, weather, or postal disruptions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at rumpelstinshop@gmail.com. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Returns and Refunds Please see our separate Return Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Liability RUMPELSTIN shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
